Is this issue reproducible on the latest mainline kernel, or is it specific to
6.5 HWE & OEM kernels?
For example, how is the latest kernel (either 6.11-rc or 6.10.x) from
https://kernel.ubuntu.com/mainline/?C=N;O=D behaving?
