since upgrading from 18.04 to 20.04 i experience interruptions of my usb
keyboard every few minutes. during these events either keys are ignored
or get repeated until i press the same key again.
in dmesg it is shown like this:

USB resets since upgrade to 20.0
i booted to vmlinuz-4.15.0-129-generic, see the attached dmesg -T
output.
first, i had the keyboard plugged into the front port. There was one reset
message.
I replugged it to the port on the back where the problem occurs more regularly.
Some more messages appeared after a while. Anyway, the key
