Hi,
Since I upgrade my desktop to Ubuntu 19.04, the boot process is enable
to find the root file system, and drop me to a single user command line.
It seems that kernel 5.0 does not automatically register the bcache caching
device (/dev/sdb, SSD). However, it does register

mmm... This bug occurs randomly :-/
With kernel 5.0.0, it occurs almost each time I power up my desktop, but
if I hit Ctrl-Alt-Suppr, it can successfully boot on second or third
run.
And moreover, this bus can occur with kernel 4.18.0-17 too, less
frequently.

The problem disappeared a few month ago, after a system update, perhaps a
kernel update.
