I don't believe so as I am able to discover SCSI devices on my Emulex
fabric-attached, Emulex direct-connect, and Qlogic fabric-attached hosts
before starting this test.

Paolo, it doesn't look like the newest Focal kernel resolves this issue.
I've attached the output from a working kernel.
