Public bug reported: I have a HP Mini 210-1170NR that I have been using since Ubuntu 14 I believe. I have at it at 16 and currently (recently re-install 17.10 because of the possible "bug" in upgrading to 18.10.1 or even a fresh install of 18.10.1 on this same system. I believe I do remembering up
