With autosuspend
on 4.15.0-20:
Bluetooth controller crash at some point. suspend didn't fix it, you always
have "no bluetooth dongle found".
on 4.15.0-24:
after first suspend dongle is missing but the second one seems to "fix" it and
it works after several suspend.
I don't have any issue with B

On 15.10 we now have bluez 5 so we can pair BLE devices like the
Microsoft Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse.
But this pairing doesn't work very well. Mouse is seen but pairing fail.

You may have to remove mouse and redo pairing from scratch.
If it doesn't work, try to move udev rule to another backup dir.
