Actually, this crap happened me many times and I was able to solve after
burning a mobo just to figure out what was happening. PLEASE READ
EVERYTHING BEFORE DOING ANYTHING!
When the system has not grub installed everything is ok, but after the install
efi is destroyed. The only way to solve it is

The real issue is caused by efibootmgr which destroyes the nvram. It has
to be fixed
