The problem has been solved. I have read information from Ubuntu forums and found that the problem was that "sudo modprobe wl" couldn't work because the Secure boot in BIOS. After disabling the Secure Boot, I was able to run "sudo modbprobe wl" and wi-fi begun work. In reality I run the command:
