I had the same issue after the 15.04 update (3.19.0-21-generic).
There is a workaround: In Network manager, set the ethernet connection's
MTU value from automatic to 8192. This worked fine for me (from
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=70761).

Since Ubuntu 13.10 update, I have high cpu loads which eventually (after

Same reason: kswapd0 uses lots of CPU. Also seems mostly in conjunction with
Chrome when having many open tabs. Freeing memory by closing Chrome (or
another heavy app) in time before the
