I can confirm that I always have a Logitech USB receiver for wireless mouse/keyboard plugged in and I can only wake up the system via the wireless mouse or keyboard, but not via the built in laptop keyboard (or by opening the lid). I just did a quick test with the USB receiver removed and was able
