I digged the oracle one allready. That worked. it seems like ubuntu
studio tries to upgrade with dkms. And it seems to linked to amd
firmware drivers?

NVIDIA GPU. And you seem to be using Xorg exclusively so this is a bug
between Xorg and the NVIDIA driver.
