Hi,
I also find this message in Ubuntu 22.04 recently installed.
Can't see if it has any effect on my system.
This here is not a laptop but a desktop ( so no docking neither lid action ).
And this message does not show while booting in 20.04 on the same machine.

Well... I may have found a workaround to this problem. It worked in my case at
least. The new NVIDIA driver was the culprit.
I had my share of problems with it in hibernation configurations before, so I
try to install a old version. Based in this thread found in NVIDIA forums.

My ubuntu gives me errors when I try to install the proprietary and/or
"proprietary, tested" drivers for my Ubuntu 22.04. Once it was working
for an older kernel but all the other drivers (like sound, bluetooth,
wifi) stopped working on that kernel.
