I have a Ryzen 4700U laptop. I'm staying on 5.13.0-22 kernel because the -23
and -25 both have ACPI failures and will hang if you shutdown or reboot the PC.
I have a DMESG log showing failures:

Just installed (regular update) Linux 5.13.0-25-generic #26-Ubuntu SMP
in Ubuntu 21.10 and the problem persist, I don't know if this update
contain the fix or not for Impish Idri :(
