Just got the 2 required ACK from kernel team for the patch I have submitted.
Everything looks good for the patch to be part of the next kernel cycle as

Hi TJ and Roussel,
Have you experienced this with the built-in RTL driver on a Bionic 4.15
kernel or is it just a DKMS module you're using on Bionic? I only ask
because I'm looking at Bionic's version of the routine this patch is for
and I am not seeing an sk_buff to free; this makes me wonder if
Disconnected my laptop from the docking station by accident (human like kernel
panic).
Wanted to dock again.
Still happening.
