I having trouble cloning the whole git repository as it's about 2gb in
size. Once it's cloned i guess git bisect can help narrow down which
commit was the first bad one.

Boot slow, "scanning for btrfs filesystems" takes 100 seconds

Spoke too soon, though it may be a slightly different issue, but still
appears to be BTRFS related. This is still on 4.6.0-040600rc6-generic,
the memory on this server is 1GB.
