It could be related to amdgpu firmware:
Could you try to update it?
$ sudo rm -rf /lib/firmware/amgpu/*
$ git clone
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware.git
$ sudo cp amdgpu/* /lib/firmware/amdgpu/
then power off and try.
if you want to restore, please do:
$ s
