For Oracular, iproute2 was updated to 6.10.0-2, synced from debian,
without fan support as we had initially planned to drop it in oracular
kernel. However, the current plan for LXD support still includes the
need to continue having ubuntu-fan support in the oracular kernel,
therefore we are working
ubuntu-fan has been re-enabled in Noble (see LP: #2064508). Setting this
deprecation request as invalid.
