I get an injunction to do:
echo 0 > /proc/sys/kernel/hung_task_timeout_secs
but I understand it is only to silence the warning...

Same issue for me with an ASUS PN-51 computer (CPU: Ryzen 5 5500U) with
Ubuntu 21.10, currently running with kernel 5.13.0-27-generic. The older
kernel 5.13.0-22 was not affected.

I'm experiencing the same issue on GNU/Linux 5.13.0-27-generic x86_64
Hardware is ASUS PN50-E1 / AMD Ryzen 7 4700U with Radeon Graphics
I've been unable to find anything useful in the systemd journal with log
levels for systemd and udev both at 9 - the problem seems to be after
the journal stops.
I've installed the latest kernel and still can't reboot or shutdown.
PC: ASUS PN-51-E1
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with Radeon Graphics
Kernel: 5.13.0-27-generic #29-Ubuntu SMP
