Still affects jammy on a ThinkPad X260 with kernel 6.8.0-40-generic. I haven't tried the workaround yet but a `rmmod btusb; modprobe btsub` makes Bluetooth work on this notebook. Actually, I am pretty sure it worked before and this is a more recent regression, maybe when the LTS kernel was update
