Seems to be fixed on kernel 5.7.0. so I'm closing for now as it has not
happened for the last 2 weeks and the timeout would occur every 2 to 3
days before.

Tried installing the mainline kernel but does not show up in grub. Used these
three packages:

linux-modules-5.7.0-050700-generic_5.7.0-050700.202006082127_amd64.deb
Please test latest mainline kernel:

It still seems to occur with legacy off as like this:

I mentioned this was the kernel but this should give you the required
info. If you need something else let me know. I've disabled legacy usb
support in the bios so I'm also seeing if that's a issue as well.
