Seems to be fixed on kernel 5.7.0. so I'm closing for now as it has not
happened for the last 2 weeks and the timeout would occur every 2 to 3
days before.

I mentioned this was the kernel but this should give you the required
info. If you need something else let me know. I've disabled legacy usb
support in the bios so I'm also seeing if that's a issue as well.
