Above patch is present as part of :
1. Ubuntu-17.04 as well as
2. Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS
Verified its working.
It's working as expected.
Hence moving status from verification-needed-zesty to verification-done-
zesty
.

Yes, the 16.04.03 kernel is based off the 4.10 Zesty kernel, so it will
get the patch. Did you happen to have a chance to test the kernel
posted in comment #2?
