1) Where did you get that file precisely?
2) What did you do with the file specifically to allow your bluetooth to begin
working?
3) What kernel did you use when you used the file when it was
I had googled this issue a lot and downloaded the attached BCM.hcd file which
make it works.
however the bluetooth devices get connected, but sometimes the sound is not
heard properly.

Did this issue start happening after an update/upgrade? Was there a
prior kernel version where you were not having this particular problem?
Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v4.9 kernel[0
Is there any plans for fix for this bug or not.
