Is there an update with this bug?
I am hitting it, or something very similar with 16.04 on EC2 with Xen
EBS volumes.

The v4.1-rc6 upstream kernel is now available. Can you test that kernel and
see if this bug still exists? It can be downloaded from:

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v4.0 kernel[0].
If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following
