ok, just adding the id to both ath3k.c and btusb.c and recompiling it
make both modules recognize the bt interface. i have successfully paired
my bt mouse (found it disconnected and have to reconnect manually after
a reboot but this is another problem)
i hope this device will be added on next ker
i'm just trying that, seem the patch is quite simple, as it finish to
build i'll test to see if there are firmware issues

the patched btusb and ath3k and then we have to hope the firmware it
