While I am collecting requested information I noticed that the problem
disappeared with the latest kernel update, 3.13.0-46-generic.
But anyway I updated BIOS and checked if it helps on kernel 3.13.0-41. But
problem still exists i.e. BIOS update does not help considering kernel
3.13.0-41.
