The issue we encountered on Lenovo ThinkServer SR630V4, it installed the Intel
Latest Birch Stream SFR CPU.
Your issue looks like different from ours, we get error "spi-nor: probe of
spi0.0 failed with error -95" during kernel booting. And our issue has been
fixing in 6.10 kernel.

1. Latest 24.04 just show the two messages in a separately dark screen, not in
UEFI rendered any more.
2. 24.10 is on going, after verifying it, update our test results here.

installer in Ubuntu can not sync the iscsi IQN name (iscsi qualified
name) defined in UEFI to OS /etc/iscsi/initiatorname.iscsi via iscsi

apport-collect will start a browser, but as you know, Ubuntu server OS just
install the CLI not GUI, so command apport-collect couldn't launch the local
browser. Could you please tell me other commands If you need more logs than
