Hello all,
with the new Bios update to version F.08 the installation works again. I
think this is another case where the manufacturers are unable to program
working firmware. The right address for the bug report was hp not
Canonical. It is definitely my last hp laptop.

I have the same Problem on the following Model:
HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-eu0xxx (3Y5D5EA#ABD)
Before the recent UEFI update form 20.03.2022 the install was possible.
