The bug is related only to the Nvidia driver.

problem."
I tested with Nvidia driver active and the Intel option. Trying today with of
X.Org - driver the issue is resolved.

Back from suspend or hibernate I found two main graphical issue:
- The screen is pointed white. (Like a layer up my desktop)
- All the screen windows have a strange profile and the angle buttons (close,
reduce, extend) are missing.
I try both with and without nvidia graphic
