Public bug reported: MANUFACTURER: UGreen Chipset: RTL8761BUV Device: Bluetooth 5.0 Issue: This kernel(5.15.0-82) detects the usb dongle but the device itself can't detect any bluetooth devices. Resolution: Switched kernel to 6.2.0-31, but the support for the kernel is only up to February 2024
