The touchscreen does not work with Linux kernels up to 4.0. The problem
is solved in linux-next, which will be released as Linux kernel 4.1.

The touchscreen is connected via I2C ("HID over I2C"), so lsusb cannot
find anything. So, probably the Linux-i2c-hid-driver has to be extended
to make the touchscreen work. Alternatively, a separate, e.g. user-
space-driver could be written, if the Linux-i2c-hid-driver cannot be
extended.
