Hi @kaihengfeng, no it didn't. It only started to appear once I upgraded my system from 16.04 to 18.04. However, I like to note that last night I changed by graphics from nvidia back to intel and that 'video flickering' issue seems to be resolved but the long boot time issue still persists. --
