Most reports mention ALC1220, but the same bug occurs in older AMD
systems also.
E.g. it occurs on a 2014 system by Dell, AMD chipset, AMD G-T48E CPU, ALC269VB,
with Linux 4.19.
Whereas the microphone of that system works OK with Windows 10.

and a patch was sent to upstream (see post #2), but apparently it was never
pulled.
Regarding hex vs dec, the file in master they seem to be mixing both:

Since the introduction of kernel 4.8 I've been experiencing color
banding on my Lenovo G50-80 notebook. I also had reports of the same
symptoms on the G50-70 model.
I figured out that the problem had been introduced by commit

I have a SONY VAIO laptop model VPCEB3M1E. After upgrade from kubuntu
17.10 to kubuntu 18.04 i have this problem: Ethernet disconnect after
suspend. My ethernet controller is: Marvell Technology Group Ltd. Y
I had almost the exact issue described in this bug (the only exception
being that in my case the internal keyboard was slow no matter what),
and it was completely fixed after the macOS 10.12.4 update.
