Workaround "intel_idle.max_cstate=1" didn't work completely for me. It
did reduce the frequency but the hang eventually returns with the same
symptoms.

Toshiba NB505 With realtek drivers...
Settings> security & privacy> Uncheck waking from Suspend & Returning

Delete the entire contents of the following files
"/etc/pm/config.d/config" & "/etc/pm/config.d/unload_

Issue remains un-resolved for me friend cong
Obviously a different issue since nmcli would be stuck in sleep if it
worked for you. Why post that here if we've tried it already?

Bug description:
So the solution is to not use the default programs that Ubuntu
considered it's default? Maybe we should switch to another distro or
tell people to go back to Windows. Windows would at least have a dev or
cs rep tell you something not just ignore you and pretend they don't see
it.
