Still problems with Lenovo g50-30. I tried the ubuntu 15.04 live with no
luck, still need to blacklist and add the parameters to get the wifi
works BUT STILL no bluetooth working.

I solved the problem. Actually, I do not know how so, in order to be

- I updated the BIOS of my Dell XPS 13 from A05 to A06 as suggested in

The ideapad-Laptop module just breaks the wifi on my Lenovo G50-30 (Realtek
network card: rtl8723be). The only way to get wifi working is by blacklisting
ideapad_laptop.
As far as i know the bug affected other model
I have to blacklist the ideapad_laptop module too if i want to get my
wifi ON. I have a Lenovo g50-30. Should it be added in the patch too
somehow? I tested ubuntu 15.04 beta2 live and still no wifi detected.

The machine is a Dell XPS. I bought it with ubuntu 12.04 on it and the
very first operation I did has been an update to 14.04
To be honest, I do not remember if the problem arose also with the 12.04
version.

1.3813. However, without the pci=bios option I still have an unstable

I also have a 5920g with Nvidia 8600m GT. My video card has not been
working since kernel 2.6.32, I had to use the pci=bios directive in grub
(see bug 661248). Even so it seldomly hangs at boot time.
