Public bug reported: Similar to but 1312358, the connection gets cut everytime I'm downloading a big file or a group of big files. The indicator in network manager appears connected but I can't access any site until the wifi connection is restarted. Observed in Ubuntu 14.04 and 14.10. I've trie

I have the same problem as the reporting guy but in my case it's an HP laptop with Broadcom Corporation BCM4313 802.11bgn Wireless Network Adapter (rev 01) wireless adapter. The problem is noticed when I donwnload big files from the internet, the connection is cut although it appears connected
