I've encountered the same problem, but your fix does not work for me. When trying to autoinstall the ubuntu-drivers I get: E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem. But the dpkg command just hangs on: Setting up linux-image-4.13.0-19-gene
