I'm on Ubuntu 12.04 with kernel 3.13.0-49-generic and experiencing the same problem with a freshly bought Samsung SSD 850 Pro and can confirm what already has been stated at https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=72341. - Enabled NCQ and TRIM (=queued TRIM) causes errors and a fallback after
