27;ve also included the diagnostic steps (diagnostics.txt) and results
(lsusb.txt, dmsesg.txt, modprobe.txt, modinfo.txt)

I tested with Debian buster and Fedora 27 and the file is playing
without any GPU hangs. So the problem might be Ubuntu only. I also
tested Ubuntu 18.04 (daily 13/11) and the hangs still occurs. FOr me
this isn't a kernel or DRM/Intel Bug
