After some time I've noticed that the bug is fixed (at least for my samsung
NP535)
Sleep-Wakup works as expected.
Looks like some of updates fixed this bug.

All of a sudden I've found out that suspend-resume is working.
Maybe after one of updates, I havn't checked it regelary.
So I think the bug is fixed in Ubuntu.
