This time I could not transfer data again, even with a lot of patience
(4.2.0/-15). The signal strength was 57-60%. The Windows driver on the
same system reaches over the same AP 100% and the connection is very
good. So I was very lucky yesterday.

After a while, I got disconnected. Stopping and starting the WiFi

The notebook is a Schenker P504 (based on Clevo P157SM-A). I did a BIOS
update in December 2014, and because it is an old chassis from 2012, I
have not cared for more BIOS updates since then.
What I did this evening, was another BIOS update, and surprisingly, now
I am online with the Linux system.

I am offline with the dlink connection, and apport-collect requires the
system to be online. I tried to separate the collection process from the
reporting process like this:
