Public bug reported: The ice driver in the 5.15.0-69 kernel deadlocks on rtnl_lock() when adding e810 NICs to a bond interface. Booting with `sysctl.hung_task_panic=1` and `sysctl.hung_task_all_cpu_backtrace=1` added to the kernel command-line shows (among lots of other output): ``` [ 244.98010
