Same here, I have a Lenovo X13, also with an AMD 4750U. Screen shows random noise after suspend/resume with 5.13 kernel. Reverting back to 5.11 kernels removes the problem. I also installed a 5.15 kernel and here, things are also working again. Might be related to this: https://gitlab.freedesktop.
