I just upgraded to 15.10. The provided kernel, 4.2.0-16-generic, works
fine so far. If the warning happens to come, it must come very rarely.

I tried the 4.3-rc6 version: it did boot, but I saw the screen flickering after
any change on it.
I saw these in the logs:

I first noticed it, when the system refused to put load on all but one core,
