Isn't it strange to change behaviour on a Kernel, especially amd_pstate
which is not loaded anymore. BUT intel_pstate is still.
shouldn't on a patch not to change this? it is really. Bad, how many
users will suffer with their laptops, not understanding what is causing
their battery drains.
