I have some updates. First, I tried kernel 6.10., as @AaronMa requested. Same result. I'll try filing a bug report via the link Aaron provided. Second, now that the 6.8 kernel has been backported to Ubuntu 22.04, I can now safely say that this bug affects the good ol' Jammy Jellyfish as well. If
