Ok, it has nothing to do with the "standby-mode".
But i found a solution that seems to work for me:

I edited "/etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi.conf" and put this in it "options iwlwifi
bt_coex_active=0 swcrypto=1 11n_disable=8" and it seems to work.
Give it a try. ;-)

I have the same problem and i think in my case it's after standby.
