The conflict resolved in 2023.1_update branch is basically merging
xilinx and upstream resume implementation. In cqspi_resume() I see that
below code sequence[1] is called twice which can be optimized but is
functionally working as reported by the internal regression team.

The issue for which the fixes were submitted works as advertised.
Also ran several xfstests using various mount scenarios (DFS and regular)
against various file servers (Azure, Windows, samba).

I am suspecting BT interference with 2Ghz (40mhz bandwidth ) connection.
Right now I am testing this issue with 5Ghz and 2Ghz 20mhz bandwidth

So I tested Debian 10.2 (kernel v 4.19.67) today and noticed that
Bluetooth worked perfectly fine, The only difference was in Debian the
driver loaded was r8822be, so the issue is with the driver rtw_pci
loaded in ubuntu 19.10 ??
