I've set pcie_aspm=off and am still getting flickering on the laptop
panel. Just one minor one so far with 24 minute uptime so no comment on
severity. It seems to become more serious with load and/or temperature.

I've updated to linux-oem-6.14 version 6.14.0-1007.7, unfortunately the
issue seems to persist. Without manually updating I can see that my
firmware is already the at the target version:
$ sudo dmesg | grep mt7925e
[8.561966] mt7925e :c2:00.0: enabling device ( -> 0002)
