don't have to unlock twice after I have locked the screen, but only if
it is suspended; these are two completely different scenarios.

upgrade I am facing the same issue- have to login twice, even though the
kernel version is the same.

I shut the lid of my laptop which triggers suspension. When I re-open
the lid, it resumes from suspend. I guest suspend is not triggered a
second time since the wake-up time is way too less for even suspend to
be triggered let alone the resumption.

and reproduce the bug which I can't since I'll have to reboot.
