BCM57800/BCM57810 (bnx2x) NICs on Ubuntu Jammy with kernels starting
from 6.8.0-38, with the issue becoming severe and rendering the system
unusable from 6.8.0-40 onwards.

Since my last comment on 2024-09-02 (upgraded from Jammy to Noble and

Seems like in [1] it is suggested that in latest Kernel revisions, the
issue * may * be fixed. In that same page we can be linked to the commit
discussion, and it seems the problem fixed is only related to Kingston.
I will test the newest Kernel for Jammy (5.15.0-57) and report back.

The BT game controller is defined as N1-9013 (similar to ipega) and works at
2.4 BT frequency.

I just checked, and yes, I can see both "keycode 116 press/release" and
"button/power PBTN 0080 K" events.
I had 20.10 installed before 21.04, and I'd swear it didn't have this
problem. I can reinstall 20.10 and confirm this later.
